Quality legal processes and legal reform are continuing issues in our legal system and in our courts.
I have been pleased to file a proposal for Term Renewal Process of Judges, and all Judicial Officials, in Massachusetts, by means of a constitutional amendment to the Massachusetts Constitution. This release contains edited excerpts of the testimony that I was pleased to offer to the Joint Judiciary Committee of the Massachusetts Legislature, on this recent Tuesday, April 6, 2021. I think that the edited testimony, speaks to several important issues, and look forward to encouraging public support, in coming months.
