A 'topping out' ceremony marked the Hythe reaching its highest point on Monday. Described as the 'next generation' office building, Peel L&P's Grade A hub is said to be the first speculative office development in Birkenhead in more than a decade. Part of the Four Bridges neighbourhood at Wirral Waters, it now stands at 15.3m. Designed by award-winning architects, Glenn Howells, it is being constructed by GMI Construction with completion expected later this year. It offers more than 25,000 sq ft over three floors of "high quality, flexible office space for entrepreneurs and local businesses". It has been designed to maximise the health and wellbeing of workers and accommodate the latest innovations in digital connectivity.
