Oracle has replaced the executives leading the enterprise technology giant's $11 billion Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business, Insider has learned. Two top former EMEA leaders have left the company, according to a person with direct knowledge of the matter, and the region's executive vice president may change positions internally or leave altogether. Oracle CEO Safra Catz in an email to employees viewed by Insider announced Oracle EMEA – which accounts for more than a quarter of the company's overall revenue – would be "organized under the leadership of two new leaders," Cormac Watters and Richard Smith, effective Dec. 1. Both report directly to Catz.
