Ord Minnett returns to skyline at Grosvenor Place We’re sorry, this service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Dismiss Normal text size Advertisement Financial advisory group Ord Minnett has inked a new lease for premium office space at Grosvenor Place in downtown Sydney, 16 years after the firm left the Harry Seidler-designed tower. The group’s move will be just one block away from their existing offices at 255 George Street. JLL’s head of office leasing NSW Daniel Kernaghan negotiated the Grosvenor Place deal, which will see Ord Minnett occupying over 3500 square metres across levels 18 and 19. It comes as office workers return to the CBD at about 80 per cent of pre-COVID-19 levels, a reflection of the adoption of flexible work practices.
