The H 2RES facility is due online in late 2021 and will convert up to 2 MW of wind energy into around 1,000 kg of green hydrogen/day, which will be used to fuel road transport in the greater Copenhagen area and on the island of Zealand, Orsted said. The wind power will come from Orsted's two offshore turbines at Avedore Holme.
