Outrage as 101-year-old woman is told to fill in potholes on her road by herself after complaining to the council about 'bomb crater' ruts plaguing the street dubbed 'England's most potholed'

The lane in Watchet, Somerset boasts a whopping 21 holes and the council have said the 'responsibility' for its upkeep is 'complex' as it is used by vans, walkers and bikes.
