Thursday, taking the pandemic total to 401,432 cases and 6,047 virus-related deaths. Locally, the largest 24-hour increase was in Dickinson and Emmet Counties with 3 each, followed by Buena Vista County with 2, followed by O’Brien and Palo Alto Counties with 1 each. There was no change in Cherokee, Clay, or Pocahontas Counties. There was a two-case reduction in Osceola and Kossuth Counties. Minnesota health officials added 499 new cases Thursday morning, taking the state to 600,408 total cases and 7,402 total deaths. The update includes 1 new case in Jackson and Nobles Counties.
