Owner convicted of physically assaulting, forcing labor on nail salon tech in Davidson
The Justice Department and the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced a federal jury in Charlotte found 37-year-old Thuy Tien Luong guilty of forced labor after finding that she compelled the labor of one of her nail technicians at a nail salon she owned and operated in Davidson.
