Oxford County tallies more than $5.7 million in public infra

Franklin and Oxford counties together sustain nearly $9 million in early damage estimates from the Dec. 18 storm that included severe flooding. In Kennebec County, the total is expected to increase when all damage reports are filed for representatives from federal and state emergency management agencies to review.
