A driver is facing manslaughter and DUII charges after a deadly crash into a power pole in Northeast Portland late Thursday, May 6. The passenger who was killed is identified as David P. Dentler, 25, of Portland.According to police, shortly after 11:30 p.m., an officer came across a car that apparently had crashed into a power pole on Northeast Sandy Boulevard and Killingsworth Street. Two people were found inside the car and paramedics were called to respond.
