A man accused of firing 29 bullets throughout a Hillsdale apartment complex during an altercation with a neighbor on June 29 has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, among 24 other charges. Luke Stolarzyk, 32, now faces an attempted murder charge, in addition to charges for reckless endangerment, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal mischief and attempt to commit a felony, after he allegedly chased a neighbor around and fired off several rounds with an AR-15 rifle in and around the Stephens Creek Crossing apartments in Southwest Portland during the early morning hours of June 29.
