Park visitors can hear the Declaration of Independence read at three different times during these days: 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the 1874 Courthouse. This was a common practice during the 19th century, according to park officials. After the reading, visitors can sign a copy of the Declaration to take home for themselves.
