Parma to add extreme exercise course to James Day Park Updated Jan 22, 2021; Facebook Share PARMA, Ohio -- Serious recreation enthusiasts and athletes will be happy to learn that Parma plans on adding a $150,000 exercise course to James Day Park. “It’s almost like a warrior type of course with different stages,” Parma Recreation Director Mickey Vittardi said. “It’s geared toward teenagers, young adults for either exercise and/or training. “I could foresee a lot of residents using it more for training. It’s basically an obstacle course. Each station focuses on different muscle groups. It’s very unique and, to the best of my knowledge, nobody in the area has something like this,” Vittardi said.
