Partho Dasgupta: HC move to give Partho Dasgupta time to wit

Before the adjournment, special public prosecutor Shishir Hire, while opposing the bail plea, argued that Dasgupta had filed a bail plea in the Supreme Court as well and this move was nothing but “forum shopping”.
