Paul Kitson Biography Paul is Interim Executive Director of MPP at Homes England. Paul was previously Director for High Growth Areas and New Settlements. Paul managed Homes England’s work at Northstowe in Cambridgeshire, securing planning permission for 3,500 homes and ensuring a programme of engineering works was established to facilitate delivery of those homes. Prior to joining Homes England, Paul held delivery roles with Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation and with Moat Homes in Kent and Essex, and first started working in development and regeneration on SRB funded programmes in West London and Hertfordshire.
