Pauline Burbridge finally gets her cheque, after it was sent to a address she last lived at 10 years ago Photo Trevor Porter 67215 2 A PENSIONER in Melksham has finally received a £50 compensation cheque from High Street bank HSBC after it was sent to a previous address in Trowbridge. Rachel Withers delivered the cheque to Pauline Burbidge, 70, after she was located following a successful appeal in the Wiltshire Times last week. The bank had wrongly sent it to Mrs Burbidge’s previous address in York Buildings, which she left more than 10 years ago. Miss Withers said: “I am delighted to have found Pauline. She had been contacted by lots of people who saw the article in the paper.”
