Pennsylvania couple charged with abusing and locking up their three children


Pittsburgh couple who 'kept three young children locked in coal cellar dubbed "the hole" for days on end' are busted after terrified victim,' 11, refused to get in car with them after school
Richard Hayes, 37, and 26-year-old Natosha Bell, charged with assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and endangering the welfare of children
They are accused of beating, abusing and locking up three sons, ages 7, 10, and 11, whom they share 
Case came to light after 11-year-old boy refused to get inside Hayes' minivan after school on Wednesday 
School officials looked into the minivan and saw two boys handcuffed in backseat
Children told investigators they were locked for days inside coal cellar they called 'the hole' and forced to sleep on bare concrete floor
