Petrilla Fire updates: All evacuations lifted, residents can return home

The Petrilla Fire started Wednesday afternoon off Cheyenne Drive in Pleasant Valley. It was first reported as a 2- to 3-acre brush fire. Hours later, it grew to an estimated 300 to 350 acres and prompted heavy traffic in south Reno and many highway closures.
