Philadelphia man draws prison on gun and drug charges after

Kenjah Javon Hughston, 29, of Philadelphia is headed to prison on gun and drug charges after an incident involving a high-speed police chase on Route 422 in Lower Providence and Interstate 76 in Upper Merion before a dog bite thwarted his attempted getaway.
