Phillip Island beach plays host to penguin party as 5,000 penguins gather marking 54-year record

In less than an hour more than 5,000 little penguins arrived at the shores of Phillip Island, Victoria in what scientists are calling a record-breaking 'penguin party' - the highest number in 54 years.
