Representatives for Duke Realty Washington Avenue Development, LLC presented the plans during the virtual meeting where they were granted a variance to build a 6-foot-high chain link fence on a 7.35-foot-high retention basin wall, exceeding total height requirements. The property at 1570 South Washington Avenue is the site of the former Avis and Budget car and truck rental businesses off Exit 6 for Route 287 and spans most of a corner on South Washington Ave. and Centennial Ave.
