Pit Bulls and Cats Available For Reduced and Waived Fees at

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The Paula Kent Meehan Pet Care Foundation is sponsoring an L.A. Animal Services adoption event today and Sunday to seek homes for pit bulls, which will be available at a $50 discount, and cats and kittens, with fees waived for all felines.  
Pit bulls and dogs that resemble pit bulls will be available at a $50 discount. Adoption fees for dogs over 4 months old are normally $102 or $122, and $150 for puppies.  
Cat adoption fees will be waived by the foundation, and kitten adoption fees will be waived through a grant from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
