Plan for Main Art Theatre in Royal Oak would demolish buildi

City staff confirmed that an affiliate of Bloomfield Township-based A.F. Jonna Development LLC has submitted plans to tear down the theater at 118 N. Main St. at 11 Mile Road and replace it with a five-story mixed-use building.
