Plans show scrapping of pay-to-use Grantham toilets and expansion of Guildhall facilities | Updated: 15:50, 14 January 2021 Pay-to-use toilet facilities in Grantham look set to be closed as part of plans to reconfigure the Guildhall Arts Centre. The loos in Abbey Gardens are run by South Kesteven District Council, and are to be redesigned as part of plans to ârevise and moderniseâ the facilities in the neighbouring Guildhall. If they go ahead, the plans would see the turnstiles in Abbey Gardens removed and two new cycle change facilities installed. Two existing toilets which are accessed externally, including one for the disabled, would remain.
