Plans to build new apartments in Matlock are to be considered by Derbyshire Dales District Council. Thursday, 4th February 2021, 4:57 pm The planning application, submitted to the council, is to change the use of the former Royal Bank of Scotland building in Snitterton Road Matlock, and convert it into four two bed flats, demolition of 20th century extension and outbuildings and building two new build apartment blocks comprising of seven one bed apartments, nine two bed apartments and two three bed apartments. The development is being put foward by Evans Vettori Architects and the applicant are excited about building on the outstanding work they have previously completed in the Old Matlock conservation area.
