The A38 westbound is partially blocked with one lane closed due to a broken-down van and spillage from the B3413 Forder Valley Road (Forder Valley Interchange) to the A386 Outland Road (Manadon Roundabout). Lane one of two is closed and traffic is being affected as a result. Traffic monitoring website Inrix says: "A38 The Parkway Westbound partially blocked one lane closed, queueing traffic due to spillage and broken-down van from B3413 Forder Valley Road (Forder Valley Interchange) to A386 Outland Road (Manadon Roundabout).
