PNM PRO Laurel Lezama in a statement on Thursday thanked the donors of four truckloads of aid which is now on its way to St Vincent which has been smothered by ash from repeated eruptions of the La Soufriere volcano. The items were collected at various PNM offices nationwide. "The People’s National Movement (PNM) acknowledges the wonderful spirit of the people of Trinidad and Tobago and takes this opportunity to extend sincerest gratitude to all who contributed to the collection drive for supplies intended for the people of St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG)."
