A specialist police diving team has been called to Liverpool's waterfront to search for guns in response to new intelligence.
The dramatic scenes saw officers from Merseyside Police and an underwater expert team descend on Princes Dock on Wednesday morning.
Footage from the ECHO's Andrew Teebay shows a diver searching the water while other officers took to the water on a search vessel.
