Police are appealing for witnesses after the little boy was hurt in a collision in Feltham in west London. He had been walking along a pavement on the High Street in Feltham with his grandmother at around 6pm on Saturday 17 April, when he was struck from behind by a person riding an electronic scooter. The rider fell from the scooter on impact, but re-mounted and rode away without stopping at the scene.
