(Shutterstock) WOBURN, MA — Woburn police are investigating a March 29 home invasion that hospitalized a resident, Chief Robert Rufo said. Police believe it was a targeted attack and there is no danger to the public, the chief said. "It was absolutely not random," he said. Subscribe Nothing was stolen and there have not been any other home invasions, Rufo said. "Rest assured that if there was any danger to the general public of Woburn, we would have promptly released it to the public," Rufo said. "There was no danger to the public."
