Politicians in talks as Rutherglen and Cambuslang breakfast clubs at risk
Scottish Labour’s James Kelly MSP and Councillor Margaret Cowie say the most vulnerable families in Rutherglen and Cambuslang will be hardest hit if councillors vote to close breakfast clubs in a bid to net a saving of £600,000 over the 2020/21 financial year.
