“Our staffing is so short, most of our pools are going open on a rotating basis -- basically open one week, closed the next, so I can divide my staff to make sure everyone gets some pool time,” said Jim Durkee, vice president of AAA Pool Services, which manages 50 commercial pools around Hampton Roads.
