POTTSTOWN — You are invited to join Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 150 N. Hanover St., for worship in our Sanctuary this Sunday at 10:45 am. We will be observing the Third Sunday of Advent. The service will also be broadcast live on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/emmanuel.pottstown and on our YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBQzq980Tf11SCyPX2G21mg. Emmanuel’s Closet has received an abundance of brand new and pre-owned clothing for children, as well as ladies and men. As a way to open our doors to families in need of a little holiday help this year, we will be having a Christmas Open House on Saturday, Dec. 12, from 10 am to 4 pm. While those attending are waiting outside to enter, they will be treated to hot chocolate, pre-bagged Christmas cookies and holiday music. No sign up required. All are welcome regardless of help received from other programs. Upcoming schedule - Knitter's meet on Monday at 1 pm, Emmanuel's Closet is open Mon, Wed, Thur from 1 pm to 3 pm and Tue, Sat. from 4 pm to 6 pm, free Community Meals are served on Tue at 6 pm, Fri at 10:45 am, Sat at 5 pm.
