Power Dues: Only 40% come up to clear power dues despite OTS

Only 40% of the 1.6 lakh power consumers in Noida who had defaulted on their electricity bill payments applied for the UPPCL one-time settlement (OTS) scheme to clear their dues. The scheme has been extended till January 16.
