Power outages in Texas: 13,000 were still without power in A

Some in the city like Thea Clay, however, were still without electricity heading into Friday evening.
Clay and her family live in a condo in a four-unit building near the intersection of Southridge Drive and Bannister Lane in South Austin. While most of the neighboring apartment complexes have gotten their power restored, Clay around 1 p.m. Friday was still wearing her multiple layers of clothes and trying to keep warm. 
She lost power on Monday at 2 a.m. It flickered on and off until 4 a.m., when it went away for good. It finally returned Friday evening, after almost 115 hours without electricity.
