IN commemoration of World Consumer Rights Day (WCRD) 2021, the Consumer Affairs Division of the Ministry of Trade and Industry hosted a poster competition in March for students 12-17 years.
The competition challenged participants to creatively depict how they can tackle plastic pollution based on the WCRD 2021 theme Tackling Plastic Pollution, said a media release from the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Director consumer guidance and protection Claudette Jordan-John presents second-place winner Tahlia Peters, a form three student of St Madeleine Secondary School, with her prize.
