Royal Mint Court The freehold of the City of London site was acquired from The Crown Estate in June 2010. Plans for the 5.4-acre site were then approved to redevelop the area into a campus of up to five office buildings covering 550,000 sq ft, along with public realm and retail facilities such as retail pop-ups.
