Erik “Chino” Rafael Polanco, 24, was sentenced Wednesday by Judge Vanessa L. Bryant in Hartford to 29 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute, heroin and fentanyl on June 2, 2020. Polanco, who was released on a $50,000 bond, was ordered to report to prison on May 30.
