Provisional cause of Frankie Morris's death given at opening of inquest

A TEENAGER who disappeared after attending a rave in a disused quarry was found dead in dense woodland, a coroner said today.
An inquest was opened into the death of Frantisek Morris, known as Frankie, of Llandegfan, Anglesey, a graffiti artist who had been missing since May 2 and last seen at Pentir, near Bangor.
The 18-year-old's body was found on June 3 at Caerhun on the outskirts of Bangor after police were called by a member of the public.
Police identified him from clothing and documents.
Acting senior coroner for North West Wales Katie Sutherland at Caernarfon said a provisional cause of death had been given by Home Office pathologist Dr Brian Rodgers of "compression of the neck".
