Public comment hearings for the Arkansas Division of Element

The Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and its Office of Early Childhood will take comments from the public at 10 a.m. Friday on a dozen sets of draft rules for carrying out previously enacted state laws, including parts of the Arkansas LEARNS Act.
