In accordance with Ark. Code Ann. § 8-4-203(e), the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment – Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality, gives the following notice:
City of Wilmot operates a wastewater treatment facility located as follows: US Hwy. 165, Wilmot, AR 71676 in Ashley County. The facility is currently permitted to discharge treated municipal wastewater into Bayou Bartholomew in Segment 2B of the Ouachita River Basin. City of Wilmot submitted an application on April 22, 2013, with additional information received on April 24, 2013, for the renewal of NPDES Permit No. AR0050989. The application has been reviewed by the DEQ’s Office of Water Quality and has received tentative approval subject to the terms of this notice.
