He was abandoned and in bad shape but was getting a second chance at life when a good Samaritan discovered him and called us. To the good Samaritan, you are our hero, thank you for your kindness. The abandoned canine was too weak to stand up, and was found abandoned in between the two large water tanks at Taman Century shop houses.
