Swinton ordered food through Door Dash. Bella was hanging out on the Warren home’s enclosed porch when the driver was caught on camera dropping off the food and taking off with Bella. “They (the family) thought originally the dog had just gotten out of the room,” said Detective Brian Price with the Warren Police Department.
