Qatar Normalizes Relations with Gulf States, Could Pave Way

Qatar restored ties with Saudi Arabia and its Gulf allies at the 41st Gulf Cooperation Council Summit on Tuesday. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Egypt agreed to restore ties with Qatar during the 41st Gulf Cooperation Council Summit on Tuesday. The agreement marks the end of a dispute that has divided the Persian Gulf region since 2017.
