A lawyer has launched a defamation case in the hope a media outlet will label him a “hit-and-walk driver”, not a “hit-and-run driver” after crashing his high-powered car and hitting two pedestrians.
Simon Christopher Courtney, formerly a lawyer in the Cayman Islands, crashed his Mustang in 2015 on the island of Grand Cayman in the Caribbean.
