Questions galore before the Supreme Court as it hears House dissolution Kathmandu Post Kathmandu, July 2 -- Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's two decisions to dissolve the House of Representatives, in a span of less than six months, now have raised questions about the relevance of the six-year-old constitution, and experts and analysts say there are some crucial questions the Supreme Court needs to answer to safeguard the constitution.
