Raneri appointed to second term on statewide trustee board :

TROY, N.Y. — George J. Raneri, who has served as secretary to Hudson Valley Community College's Board of Trustees for the past 21 years and previously served as a trustee from 1981 through 1998, has been named secretary for the New York Community College Trustees (NYCCT) for a second term.
NYCCT is a non-profit consortium of community college trustees who work to strengthen the effectiveness of the state's community college governing boards in the development and implementation of public policy.
Raneri, an emeritus trustee to Hudson Valley's board, has served as the college's appointed delegate to NYCCT for 37 years and was named secretary in 2017. As secretary, he is a member of the organization’s executive committee.
