Rare celestial event to take place Monday A rare celestial event will take place Monday as Saturn and Jupiter appear to overlap. It’s called the Great Conjunction and will look like a bright star. This phenomenon is extra special because it takes place on winter solstice and during the week of Christmas. Bright and rare, it brings hope after a tumultuous year.
