'Tread a little lighter' message for Earth Day picnic : vima

Envirohub co-ordinator Tash Luxton said the Earth Day picnic aimed to be accessible for the community and family focused.
“We want it to be free, while that gets people interested in the beginning, then we can add in the education side of it,” Luxton said.
“It’s very much an environmentally focused, but it has a huge fun factor to it as well. Because obviously we want Marlborough to become a bit more aware and progress along that gradient to being a bit more environmentally friendly.”
