Cllr Sandy Lay As your city councillor you’ve seen my ugly mug throughout the year, in this paper, on social media, in our leaflets and letters and, for many of you, in my role as a nurse in A&E. My record speaks for itself. With only one week to go before the Local Elections I haven’t felt the need to write to this paper over the last few weeks to prove I exist. I’m here week in, week out, working with my colleagues Cllrs Colin Campbell and Ryk Downes and for those of you in Otley our Lib Dem led town council.
